About Blair Mosner Feltham
I am a Teacher
The most important thing you need to know about me is that I’m a teacher. I’ve taught members of the graduating classes of 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 in required academic classes and subbed for the classes of 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026. I’ve worked in public schools in 4 districts and always at the building level. 8 of those years were in MMSD, in and out of the classroom, briefly as an SEA sub at Elvehjem Elementary and for 7 as a teacher, coordinator, and coach at West High.
I have spent years serving Madison Schools
I have years of professional experience in Madison schools, and experience matters. I know something about how schools actually work, I know something about how MMSD actually works. Applied, classroom and building-level understanding of school is so important for making good decisions about schools. I am running for Seat 6 on the MMSD Board of Education to bring this needed perspective to the Board.
